These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BetWhale Casino and all related services available through betwhale.ca. 1. Definitions

1.2. “You”, “the player” and “the user” refer to any natural person aged 19 or older with a verified account on the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.3. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle may result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of any associated balances pending investigation.
3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

4.2. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including during the KYC process or in connection with anti-money-laundering monitoring.
4.3. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Lost or compromised credentials should be reported to support immediately.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Opening or maintaining more than one account per player.
- Providing false identification, address or payment information at any stage.
- Using automated software, scripts or bots to play games, place wagers or claim promotions.
- Funding the account with money obtained illegally, from third parties, or in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
- Bonus-claiming patterns inconsistent with normal play, including chains of deposits and withdrawals designed to extract promotional value without meaningful wagering activity.
- Collusion, chip dumping or any form of coordinated play between accounts at multiplayer or live dealer tables.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Banking
6.1. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the verified account holder’s own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Cryptocurrency deposits must originate from a wallet that has been linked to the player’s identity through standard KYC procedures.
6.2. Withdrawals are processed only to the same instrument used for deposit, subject to verification. Crypto withdrawals typically clear under 24 hours after KYC completion; card withdrawals take 3 to 5 business days; bank wire transfers take 5 to 7 business days.
6.3. BetWhale does not extend credit. Negative balances are not permitted on player accounts.
6.4. We may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps based on the player’s loyalty tier and verification status. These caps are visible inside the cashier at the point of withdrawal request.
6.5. BetWhale charges no processing fees on any withdrawal method; cryptocurrency users cover only the standard blockchain gas fee.
7. Bonuses & Wagering Requirements
7.1. Each bonus is offered under specific terms covering the minimum qualifying deposit, the wagering multiplier, the time limit, the game contribution rates and the maximum cashout.
7.2. The welcome match (250% up to C$2,500, promo code ACTIONPACK) applies only to a player’s first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim the welcome match through duplicate accounts will result in revocation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time. A second offer becomes available once the active bonus has either completed its wagering or been formally cancelled.
7.4. Game contribution rates: slots, keno and scratch cards contribute 100% toward wagering; blackjack, multihand video poker, video poker and tri-card poker contribute 20%. Other categories may be excluded; full contribution tables are published on each promotion page.
7.5. The casino welcome wagering multiplier is 35x on slot play and 40x on card-game play, with a 30-day completion window. Maximum cashout from welcome-bonus winnings is capped at 20x the qualifying deposit amount.
8. Responsible Gambling

8.2. Limit decreases activate immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

9. Intellectual Property

9.2. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. We aim to maintain continuous availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
10.2. If a game error or system fault results in an incorrect payout, bonus award or balance adjustment, we reserve the right to correct the transaction and recover any amounts incorrectly credited.
10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetWhale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.
